At Charlie 1 Horse, we want you to wear your hat with confidence. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your style, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the hat in its original branded box with all tags attached to ensure it maintains its shape and quality during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
